Digital Product Delivery
All products sold on tinyhandshub.com are digital downloads in PDF format. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. Your files are available for immediate download.
No Returns on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered to your email, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds, as the product cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
Exceptions
We want every customer to have a positive experience. We may issue a refund or store credit at our discretion in the following cases:
- You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase (please check your spam folder first)
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You were charged multiple times for the same order
How to Request Help
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at hello@tinyhandshub.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.
